        The 12th International Conference on Digital Arts, Media and Technology (DAMT), jointly organized with the 9th ECTI Northern Section Conference on Electrical, Electronics, Computer and Telecommunications Engineering (NCON), will be held in Hokkaido, Japan, during 12–15 May 2027. This international edition of the conference is organized by ECTI Thailand and co-hosted by the Chitose Institute of Science and Technology (CIST) and the University of Phayao, in collaboration with academic institutions and industrial partners. Hosting the conference in Japan represents a significant milestone in expanding international research collaboration and strengthening global academic and professional networks. The conference serves as a high-level forum for students, researchers, and industry practitioners to present research findings, exchange technical knowledge, and discuss recent advances in digital arts, media, and related technologies, contributing to the sustainable growth of the creative and technology-driven industries.
